Work Day
About 20 of us spent yesterday at Crystal Lake working on the trails. We cleared logs then beat back the laural and removed overhanging branches from Lake, Back Way, Hidden Pond, Wild Rice, and Mountain Trails. John Manifold is going to improve the drainage of the low spots next month, and we'll continue to help him as individuals: volunteers call the camp! Dottie has offered CLSA the use of the project cabin as a warming hut, and for overnight use. It's pretty rough now (see the album I'll post later today) and volunteer work is invited here too.
